The bath you're only doing once.
For Glenside, Wyndmoor, Oreland, Fort Washington, Ambler, Blue Bell and the rest of Montgomery County. Full baths, primary baths and powder rooms, designed in full and priced from your selections before demo starts.
That is the finished room, waterproofed properly. Read it as a starting point: your own number is built during design from your exact layout and finishes, and it goes in writing before anything starts.
Moving a toilet or shower to a new wall means new rough plumbing. Going curbless means more work below the floor. Natural stone, designer tile and a custom vanity move the range too.
None of it is a surprise. Every one of these gets talked through and priced during design, and you decide with the numbers in front of you.
A bathroom is small, and everything in it has to fit. So we settle every inch on paper before a single tile is ordered.
A call with Karl. You tell us what you want and roughly what you have in mind to spend. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.
Santos measures the room and locks the layout with you at the house. You get the layout, a rendering and a complete selection list. The $750 is credited back when you build with us.
Tile, vanity, fixtures, glass and hardware, chosen together at a kitchen and bath showroom in Souderton, with prices next to every choice.
Every proposal Karl writes runs long on purpose: the whole job on paper, what is included and what is not, and one number. Nothing starts until you have it.
Santos builds it. The room is sealed, the house stays clean, and you get a written log every single day until the final walkthrough.
Most of our projects are in Montgomery County. As a rule, if you are within about 40 minutes of Abington, we can get to you.

Wayne, Bryn Mawr, Villanova, Gladwyne, Narberth, Bala Cynwyd, Ardmore, Haverford.
Warminster, Southampton, Newtown, Yardley, Doylestown, Langhorne, Chestnut Hill, Mt. Airy, East Falls.
Our bathrooms start at $20,000. Primary baths run $25,000 to $40,000, and powder rooms start at $12,000. That covers the finished room: demolition, new tile, vanity and fixtures, a new shower or tub in the existing layout, waterproofing done properly, dust protection and daily cleanup. Moving plumbing or going curbless moves the number up.
Demolition, the full build, new tile, a new vanity and fixtures, a new shower or tub where the old one was, proper waterproofing, new lighting and the electrical to go with it, dust protection, daily cleanup and a final walkthrough. Every selection is chosen and priced during design, so the number you sign is built on the materials you actually picked.
Yes. A few feet along the same wall is built into the starting price. Moving a toilet or shower to a new wall means new rough plumbing and, in most older homes, some framing, so the number rises and we price it before you sign.
Yes. A curbless shower takes more work below the floor to get the drain and the slope right, so it moves the number up. We will show you the difference in design, next to a standard walk-in, and you choose with the prices in front of you.
We do. The design phase is $750 flat, credited back when you build with us. You get the layout, a rendering, a complete selection list and a proposal priced from those selections. Tile, vanity, fixtures and hardware are chosen together, in person, with prices next to every choice.
The bathroom is sealed with a zipped containment wall and we run an air scrubber inside it. The site is cleaned at the end of every day, and you get a written log every day the crew is there.
Send us a few details and Karl will get back to you, usually the same day. The first conversation costs nothing, and you'll come away knowing roughly where your numbers land and whether we're the right fit.
