Real numbers, before you ever call.
Our bathrooms start at $20,000. Primary baths run $25,000 to $40,000, and powder rooms start at $12,000.
That is the finished room, waterproofed properly. Read it as a starting point, not a quote.
Moving a toilet or shower to a new wall means new rough plumbing. Going curbless means more work below the floor. Natural stone, designer tile and a custom vanity move the range too.
Electrical and panel work adds scope too: new circuits, heated floors, or retiring old knob-and-tube wiring.
Every one of these gets talked through and priced during design, and you decide with the numbers in front of you.
What we find when we open the room up counts too. In an older home we suggest a 10 to 15 percent cushion. Often it goes unspent.
A bathroom we are remodeling this fall shows why.
Behind the tile, the walls were a thick bed of mortar over wire mesh. Just under three tons of the old bathroom went to the dump. The old wiring turned out to be knob and tube, so the bathroom got two new circuits from the panel. The floor ran about 2 inches out of level, so the old joists came out and we framed the new floor level. The room has a tub and a separate shower, so there are two wet areas to waterproof before any tile is set.
A bathroom the same size without those conditions has less work in it, and the price follows the work. If we open a wall and find something, you see it the same day, with photos and a price.
This is how a full or primary bath gets its number. Kitchens run the same way, and their numbers are on the kitchen remodel cost page.
You tell us what you want and roughly what you have in mind to spend.
You get the layout, a rendering and a complete selection list. The $750 is credited back when you build with us.
Tile, vanity, fixtures, glass and hardware, chosen together at a kitchen and bath showroom in Souderton, with prices next to every choice.
The whole job on paper, what is included and what is not, and the number. Permits, when the work needs them, are flagged and priced separately, never buried.

Our bathrooms start at $20,000. Primary baths run $25,000 to $40,000, and powder rooms start at $12,000. That covers the finished room: demolition, new tile, vanity and fixtures, a new shower or tub in the existing layout, waterproofing done properly, dust protection and daily cleanup. Moving plumbing or going curbless moves the number up.
Primary baths run $25,000 to $40,000. Where yours lands comes down to the layout and the finishes.
Powder rooms start at $12,000. A powder room goes from a walkthrough straight to a written proposal. More on the powder room remodeling page.
For a full or primary bath, yes: $750 flat, credited back when you build with us. A powder room has no design fee.
The price is set before demo starts, because every selection is chosen and priced during design. If you change something mid-build, we put the cost of the change in writing the same day, before the work happens.
Send us a few details and Karl will get back to you, usually the same day. The first conversation costs nothing, and you'll come away knowing roughly where your numbers land and whether we're the right fit.
