Hochstoeger & Vega Build Co. LLC runs hvbuildco.com and the phone, text, and email lines connected to it. This policy explains what we collect when you reach out, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect.

We collect what you give us when you get in touch:

• Contact form. Your name, email, phone number, project address, budget range, project details, and any photos you attach.
• Phone and text. Your phone number, the text messages we exchange, and notes from our calls.
• Email. Your email address and our correspondence.

How we use it.

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule visits and appointments, and communicate with you through design and construction. That includes sending project documents, like proposals and change orders. We do not use it for anything unrelated to your project or your inquiry.

Text messaging.

If you share your phone number, we may text you about your inquiry, your appointments, or your project. Texting is never a condition of doing business with us, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.

We don't sell your information.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We share it only with the service providers that run our systems, such as our project management and messaging platforms, and only so those systems can work. If the law requires a disclosure, we comply.

How long we keep it.

We keep inquiry and project records for as long as we are working together and for as long as our warranty and legal obligations run. If you want information removed that we no longer need to keep, email us and we will take care of it.
