The whole job on paper before we start.
One team designs the room, prices it from your selections and builds it. Kitchens, bathrooms and finished basements start with a $750 design phase, credited back when you build with us.
Most kitchen remodels go wrong before the first cabinet is ordered, in the part nobody wrote down.
So we write all of it down first.
Powder rooms, mudrooms and wall and beam jobs skip the design phase and go from a walkthrough straight to a written proposal.
You tell us what you want and roughly what you have in mind to spend. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.
We measure the room and lock the layout with you at the house. You get a layout drawing, a 3D rendering and a complete selection list.
Cabinets, counters, tile, fixtures and hardware, chosen together at a kitchen and bath showroom in Souderton, with prices next to every choice.
Every proposal we write runs long on purpose: the whole job on paper, what is included and what is not, and the number. Nothing starts until you have it.
The room is sealed, the house stays clean, and you get a written log every single day until the final walkthrough.
Two logs written to a customer during a bathroom remodel this fall, exactly as sent.
One day: "We tied the rebar for the new footer this morning and poured the concrete. The new footer has a full rebar mat in it, sitting up off the bottom so the steel is inside the concrete where it belongs. The old footer that came out last week had none in it. The beam is on temporary support while the concrete cures. The permanent steel column goes on the footer once it is up to strength. Upstairs we installed the new subfloor over the new joists. That closes out the floor framing."
Six days later: "We picked up the steel for your new column today. It was custom ordered and cut to fit your basement to within a sixteenth of an inch. We welded on the top and bottom plates and checked the bottom plate for plumb, then gave it two coats of primer and two coats of paint. In the bathroom we pulled all of the old nails and cleaned up the surfaces. We set the hub for the vanity drain line and put in the fitting for the shower head. We finished the framing above the window, and the nailers for the drywall are all in. All of the water is on right now so we can make sure there are no leaks. We also double checked the material lists. Tomorrow we are shopping for materials and have a delivery coming."

Here's how it works.
We work in Jenkintown, Glenside, Abington, Wyndmoor, Flourtown, Oreland, Dresher, Fort Washington, Maple Glen, Ambler, Lower Gwynedd, Blue Bell, Plymouth Meeting, Lafayette Hill, Elkins Park, Horsham, Willow Grove, Huntingdon Valley and the rest of Montgomery County, PA.
Most of our clients do. The work area is sealed off with a zipped containment wall, we run an air scrubber, and the site is cleaned at the end of every day.
What got done, what is next, and photos. If we open a wall and find something, it is in that day's log.
We put the cost of the change in writing the same day, before the work happens.
One team, from the first drawing to the last walkthrough. The daily log goes to you every day the crew is there.
Our workmanship, for two years, on every project.
Send us a few details and Karl will get back to you, usually the same day. The first conversation costs nothing, and you'll come away knowing roughly where your numbers land and whether we're the right fit.
